If you attend the conference virtually, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Live Zoom presentation slot (20 minute presentation and Q&A) if you are an oral presenter.
  • Pre-recorded video presentation slot (20 minutes) if you are a virtual presenter.
  • Full virtual conference experience through Zoom.

04 Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund, minus a processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made 90 days before the conference begins.
  • Registrations or accommodations cancelled within 90 days of the conference start date are non-refundable; however, they can be transferred to your colleague/friend or to an upcoming event.
